Soft Washing Services From the Best of Annapolis 2026 Winner
What's Up? Media named EFF Painting/CleanRoof Best of Annapolis 2026 for Exterior Cleans. Exterior cleaning is one of the services our customers book most, and Dan's two sons run our cleaning crew.
An Exterior Cleaning Company for Homes and Businesses
We clean the outside of homes and commercial buildings in Annapolis, Arnold, Severna Park, Davidsonville and Pasadena. We clean with a low-pressure soft wash instead of a high-pressure blast. We soft wash barns and other large wooden buildings too.
Exterior Cleans
House Washing Company
We soft wash the siding, trim and exterior walls of homes in Annapolis, Arnold and Eastport. Our low-pressure wash and cleaning solution remove dirt, mold and algae without damaging your siding, so your home looks fresh again.
Siding Cleaning Services
We remove dirt, mold and algae from siding on homes in Severna Park, Pasadena and Annapolis. Green and black growth makes a home look older than it is, and a soft wash brings back its original color.
Deck Washing Services
We wash decks on Kent Island, in Chester and in Queenstown, removing dirt, mildew and algae so the wood is clean and safe to walk on. When your deck needs stain after cleaning, our painting crew can stain it.
Hardscape and Patio Cleaning
We clean patios, sidewalks, walkways and other hardscapes in Davidsonville and across Anne Arundel County, removing dirt, stains and growth. We also install polymeric sand in paver joints after cleaning, which locks the pavers in place and keeps weeds out.
Window Washing Services
We wash windows on homes and businesses in Annapolis and across Anne Arundel County. Clean windows let in more light and finish off the look of a freshly washed home.
Gutter Cleaning Services
We clean gutters on homes in Anne Arundel County, Queen Anne's County and surrounding areas, clearing out leaves and debris so rain drains away from your roof and foundation. Fall is our busiest gutter cleaning season, so call early to get on the schedule.
Mold and Algae Removal
We remove mold and algae from siding, decks and hardscapes in Chester, Queenstown and Kent Island. Maryland's humid summers bring growth back fast, and our maintenance packages keep it under control all year.
Rust Removal
We remove rust stains from siding, concrete and other exterior surfaces. Rust stains can look permanent, but the right cleaner takes them off without harming the surface.
Graffiti Removal Company for Businesses and Homes
We remove graffiti from buildings and walls for businesses and homeowners in Annapolis. Fast removal keeps your property looking cared for and discourages more tagging.
